How does a remodel work with C-S Construction?

It starts with a free consultation: call or text (210) 478-9895. We visit your home and take measurements, give you a written estimate, help you choose materials, build the project, and finish with a walkthrough and our 12-month written workmanship warranty.

Step by Step

What to expect.

1. 

   Step 01

   Free consultation

   Call or text (210) 478-9895, or request a consultation online. Tell us what you have in mind. Texting a few photos of your space helps us prepare.

2. 

   Step 02

   In-home visit & measurements

   We come to your home, look at the space with you and take measurements. It's the time to talk through what you want, what bothers you about the room now, and ideas that fit your home.

3. 

   Step 03

   Written estimate

   You get a written estimate for the scope of work we discussed, so you know what's included before anything starts. The estimate is free.

4. 

   Step 04

   Design & material selections

   We help you choose the finishes: tile, flooring, fixtures, vanities, cabinetry, countertops and lighting. We'll share what has worked well in other homes we've remodeled.

5. 

   Step 05

   Scheduling & the build

   We schedule the work with you, then our crew builds it. We keep a clean, respectful job site in your home and keep you updated as the project moves along.

6. 

   Step 06

   Final walkthrough & warranty

   When the work is done, we walk through the finished space together. Every project is backed by our 12-month written workmanship warranty, and the products we install carry their manufacturers' warranties.
